Your Guides on this Journey
The Power of Actualization workshop series will be led by Sujata Uppal and Kevin JT Binder.
Sujata is a Certified, Trauma-Informed Actualization Coach & Embodiment Practitioner with a Master’s in Sociology. Her work lies at the intersection of science and spirituality, integrating psycho-social education with cutting-edge somatic practices honed over the past seven years. Sujata is a pranic healer, a form of energy healing that enriches her life and work.
Kevin has been a Presence Practitioner for 11 years. Though he just recently came to acknowledge his role as a spiritual guide, his fifty-seven years bring a lifetime of insight and wisdom to the world. Kevin consciously welcomes challenges, lets go of struggle, and enjoys Life as one expansive movement—embodying and sharing his motto, “Courageous Expansion for individual and collective transformation.”
Kevin and Sujata offer two ways to experience the Power of Actualization. Sujata will provide a trauma-informed framework and somatic practices. Kevin will lead you through expansive presence practices, inviting you to experientially explore what arises for you.
Integrating the mind, body, and spirit will illuminate your emergent wisdom and guide you to explore your greatest power so that you can create the life you are meant to live. We hope that in this dance between grounding and expansion, understanding and letting go, embodiment practices, and free-flowing exploration, you will find the unfolding of your emerging actualization.

In this 7-week Power of Actualization program you will be guided to:
- Explore the various facets of actualization
- Clarify your actualization intention
- Uncover what holds us back from actualizing our intentions
- Learn the secrets to actualizing what you desire
- Gain an overview of the 7 Core Pillars of Actualization
- Discover ways to amplify actualization
- Integrate the Power of Actualization into your life, relationships, and work.
The Format
90 minutes weekly for 7 weeks. All sessions take place on Mondays at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET.
We will hold an introductory session on Monday, October 28, and follow that with seven Power of Actualization sessions starting November 4, 2024 through January 6. 2025. Dates to mark on your calendar:
Nov 4, 11, 18 — three consecutive sessions before Thanksgiving
Dec 2, 9, 16 — three consecutive sessions before the holidays
Jan 6 — integration & graduation
